The White House just officially launched America.gov—an AI-driven federal portal meant to make it easy to *find info and complete services* in one place. Under a new Trump-signed executive order, federal agencies are being told to integrate with America.gov. The plan puts the U.S. General Services Administration, the White House’s design leadership, and the Office of Management and Budget in charge of building and running the site. It also folds in Login.gov so people can sign in once and finish the rest of the process without hopping between systems. Tech-wise, the platform relies on two “chat-style” AI engines, including Google Gemini and Grok (via SpaceX AI). There’s even a branding tweak: the order directs agencies to shift messaging from “artificial intelligence” to “super intelligence,” reinforcing the “SI” narrative. So far, the site has reportedly served 100,000+ users over the past year. It keeps the interface minimal—just a conversation box for natural-language questions. High-sensitivity services (tax filing, national security, certain intelligence/war-related systems) are excluded. By year-end, expect tasks like passport renewals and health insurance registration. #AmericaGov #AIPortal #FederalServices #DigitalGovernment #USPublicPolicy #LoginGov
